Update – Office operations
Due to the spread of Coronavirus Covid-19, GFDL has started implementing contingency measures last week.
Considering the recent Portuguese Government recommendations and the shutting down of schools and other infrastructures, we would like to inform our clients and partners we will start implementing remote working measures next Monday, 16th March.
We will never neglect the well-being of our clients and our staff. We understand that strong prevention and containment measures are the only viable option for defeating the virus.
For this reason:
- We will not accept walk-in appointments, and meetings will only be conducted using video conference tools.
- We may request the use of masks by our clients and simple disinfection procedures in the event of urgent meetings or face to face interactions are required.
Please note that in the event of an increase in the virus’ spread rate, we may be forced to cancel meetings or appointments.
IT and communication infrastructures are in place to avoid any disruption in operations.
We will monitor the evolution of this unprecedented contagion and keep you updated on any further changes in operations.
