Coronavirus Covid-19 – New rules for meetings

Due to the spread of Coronavirus Covid-19, our office has implemented simple measures that may impact interactions with clients. We will never neglect the well-being of our clients and our staff.

From 11th March onwards, we will not accept walk-in appointments, and meetings should be kept to a minimum and subject to confirmation.

Any meeting must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. Also, we may request the use of masks by our clients and simple disinfection procedures.

Please note that in the event of an increase in the virus’ spread rate, we may be forced to cancel meetings or appointments.
