Personal Income Tax Returns regarding income received in 2019 must be filed between April 1st and June 30th, 2020.
Who is required to file a Portuguese tax return?
Individuals that qualify as tax residents in Portugal must disclose their worldwide income and file a tax return accordingly.
Individuals that have earned income from a Portuguese source (namely real estate related income) may be required to file a yearly tax return.
