Portugal – Kenya Tax Treaty

In 2018, Portugal and Kenya signed a Treaty to Avoid Double Taxation. The signing ceremony was held in Lisbon.

The Tax Treaty was approved by the Portuguese Parliament and ratified by the President of Portugal on November 23rd 2020, but is not yet in force.
