New publication – EMTs: Liability under MiCA Regulation

Rodrigue Devillet Lima and Catarina Andrade Miranda are the authors of the article “EMTs: Liability,” published in the recent Almedina collective work titled “MiCA – Studies on the New European Regulation of Crypto Assets”.

In this article, the GFDL Advogados Partner and Associate analyze the information duties and associated liability regime electronic money tokens issuers under the MiCA Regulation.
