New Mica Publication – EMT Liability under MiCA

Rodrigue Devillet Lima and Catarina Andrade Miranda are the authors of the article “EMTs: Liability,” published in the English version of Almedina’s collective work titled “MiCA – A New Framework for the European Crypto-assets Market,” coordinated by João Luz Soares, João Vieira Santos, Martinho Lucas Pires, and Guilherme Maia. In this article, the GFDL Advogados Partner and Associate analyze the information duties and associated liability regime of electronic money tokens issuers under the MiCA Regulation.
